Anne: I got this product for helping my posture. Time will tell how good it works. This product is easy to put on and so comfortable to wear I can almost forget I have it on. I have tried other products that I did not like but now I have the one for me.

Stay dry: This is a good posture reminder early on but probably not something you will wear in public. By the time my thoracic kyphosis and forward neck (tech neck ) got my attention I was already very hunched over and developing fusion of a couple of my cervical vertebrae. It was too late for a garment like this to help me. I started seeing a good chiropractor and I’m shocked and impressed that I have been improved by 50% after 3 months of visits 3 times weekly. If you are thinking that there is no hope please at least try a good chiropractor to see if they can help you. I hear good things consistently about graduates of Palmer College of Chiropractic. I was very depressed about my humped back and also very dizzy. Both are better. I hope this will encourage others to seek help and alignment early. before you get as bad as me. This will be a life long process not a one and done visit.❤️

V. Prickett: It’s very comfortable and a no brainer product to figure out. I didn’t have to adjust anything. I’m 158 lbs and ordered the S/M. I have upper and mid back pain made worse on the treadmill. I can put this on (over my clothes) and walk easily for 1 1/2 hours no problem the first day. I’m over 60. It’s not super supportive, like you wouldn’t want to lift heavy boxes or anything like that and expect support, but it does remind you to stand up straight.

manel: Très bien, bien que un peu difficile à enfiler de prime abord mais on prend le coup. Confortable et assez efficace pour les longues et mauvaises postures devant un ordinateur par exemple.

Fabio: Preso per mia figlia per cercare di correggere la postura e devo dire che già da i primi utilizzi si sono visti dei miglioramenti. Il prodotto è fatto bene e la qualità è molto buona. Ho dato una stella in meno solo per il meccanismo di chiusura non semplicissimo, comunque va bene

Roberta: Avevo già un articolo simile a forma di 8 ma mi graffiava e irritava la pelle sotto alle braccia. Questo riesco a portarlo per diverse ore senza problemi (sia sotto che sopra alle maglie) ed è davvero comodo. Certo, non fa miracoli come un busto ma aiuta a correggere la postura e si regola adattandosi bene a diverse corporature.

Kathleen: I work at a computer all day and my upper back and shoulders have paid the price! I see a chiropractor for adjustments and also get massages to work out the knots. Using this brace has helped me be able to stretch out the time between professional visits. It can tend to pinch or chafe along the front side of my shoulders/upper arms - probably because I’m still positioning my arms forward to work on my computer. When that happens I just take a break from the brace. Overall, a good value for something that has helped me to feel better/less pain and save money on therapy appointments. Try it out!

Dakota Debbi: I waited until I have worn this for a month before writing my review. The most important thing sbout this product is making sure you have it adjusted correctly so you get the maximum support. I was worried it would not give me the support I needed as it is not a $100 product and there is not a lot of material but it absolutely does it's job.

I'm a Murphy's Law kinda girl, so when my sternoclavicular joint (SC joint) popped out of place spontaneously, I knew I'd be in for it. Long story short, I went through 9 months os specialists telling me the joint would never be right again, that I had to live with it; which just didn't sit right with me. I was in a lot of pain and it felt, most days, like I had broken or fractured my collar bone. I began researching the crap out of the SC Joint and the muscles in the neck, which motivated me to get a second opinion.

Thank God I got a good Dr who took the time to read my charts and found that I have 3 bulging discs in my neck as well as a bone spur that contributed to the traffic jam in my shoulder area.
