c: My very old Verilux lamp finally gave out so I bought this, newer version & I love it! There are 3 choices for lighting & the brightness is variable. It has a great USB port for my cell charger. It's perfect for my office. I'm considering purchasing another one for my nightstand because of the adjustability of the brightness and tone. :)

AF: Fantastic product! I use it to illuminate my desk top. This makes it easy to work at my desk without eye strain. I would definitely recommend this product. It has worked well for me. I would recommend anyone needing additional lighting to purchase this product.
Customer service is fantastic. My cat knocked the lamp off the desk top and the power cord broke. I called customer service and explained the problem. They are sending me a replacement cord. GREAT SERVICE.

wen52: Upon receipt, this was a great light, and worked as supposed to. Yesterday it quit working. Maybe, maybe six months old probably not nearly that old, but I could not find when I purchased it.
UPDATE
Working again. Must’ve been a shorter something, but is working fine now. Love the lamp. I was just upset when it quit working.

Lindy Totty: I like everything about the lamp, except I thought it would come with a USB cable and when charged, I would be able to move to different parts of the kitchen counter as needed without having to unplug and plug in every time I move. I was so disappointed!! It is for someone that is almost legally blind.

FionaM: I wanted a full spectrum lamp for my work office. I've had one in my home office for years, but have taken a new job where my time is split between work and home. The variety I have had at home (Bluemax) was no longer available, so I went hunting for something about the same. This one is better! My one at home is getting pretty old -- it is a fluorescent bulb and it is pretty heavy and clunky. The Verilux is lightweight, but sturdy enough; it delivers a nice, bright light. It also doubles as a webcam light for meetings - I just move it behind my laptop and it provides a nice, natural key light for online meetings. I'm thinking I will retire my Bluemax and pick up another one for my home office.
