jean wynia: We've got two of these as bedside lamps. There is a finger-width groove on the surface that is used to turn it on and adjust brightness. There are LEDs in the groove to indicate the current level of brightness of the lamp as well as to guide you where the grove is in a dark room. It throws off very little heat which is nice, living in the warm climate of the Phoenix area.

Prima Art Co.: This desk lamp is awesome! Got it to replace an old clip light with an incandescent bulb that hurt my eyes. This lamp is so great, doesn't take up much desk space and the gooseneck makes it infinitely adjustable. It easily dims or brightens, depending on the conditions needed, and it has three settings of different tones of light- comes in really handy for daytime versus night time. I'm fairly analog, so it feels so futuristic because I can control everything with a swipe of my finger! If you turn it off at a certain brightness when you turn it on it'll stay at the same brightness. I highly recommend giving a quick read to the instructions that came with it , if I didn't I wouldn't have known about these cool features. The LED lights are great because there's no bulb replacement ever. Definitely a step up in the desk game!

IloveGodsoIloveGodso: This lamp is a real game-changer for me. I saved a boatload of money by buying this instead of installing a pendant lamp over my dining room table on my high, slanted ceiling. My decorative lamps are great for dining, but not for reading, writing or crafting. This little lamp is elegantly unobtrusive & doesn't clash with my decor, but is highly functional when I need extra light, day or night. I love the feel & sturdy flexibility of the 'arm', clever built-in 'temperature' & brightness controls, and the fact that it plugs right into an outlet. Highly recommend this product! Buy it! You can't go wrong!
