Mexico Magico: Just bright enough to read but won’t wake up your spouse in bed!

Tisha: Have been using this reading light for over a year. It's a nifty little addition to a night reader's life. Easy to attach to books and does not fall off. Wasn't expecting much because of the price. But it has been holding up really well. The battery life is very long, lasts for many hours on one charge. I read one to two hours (sometimes longer) a day, and I think I charge this thing once every week and a half or even two weeks. I like that I can change the type of lighting it emits (I like the pleasant yellow light compared to the stark white light). I Recommend.

peter hoare: Seemed to be a good product but has stopped charging after just two years

Michael Carter: Are use this with my remarkable pad and her found it to be quite useful sometimes though the clip where it goes onto my reMarkable, Seems to let go a little bit too easily. This part could’ve been made much stronger. I understand that would probably put the price up a bit but I would pay a little bit more for quality if it was warranted but overall not a bad product if there was nothing else out there, I would definitely push it again.

REGIS D.: reading lamp at first glance practical fast usb charging on the lamp so no need for a cable, perfect light intensity for reading. however you have to be patient on each page to install it and above all its lifespan is very short in this case 6 months... so I am looking for another model, given the price I did not expect that cf. more than 3,000 rupees

Cander Sohen: Well, you may get more mileage out of it than me when paired with an eReader. I use a c. 2013 Sony Reader PRS T3 and the bezels on that thing are quite slim, so there's not much area for this light to get a decent grip. Consequently, it wobbles and falls off, and you can never quite crane the neck low enough for the light to shine directly onto the screen.

What I do instead is just lie on my sides in bed and use the thing as a flashlight, which works quite well.

Daniel FreemanDaniel Freeman: Love the choice of color temperature. The amber light at 1600k is great for night reading but I also find the brightest 5000k temperature helpful when I need some extra light for daytime reading. Also the blend at 2500k perfect for me to simulate "lamp reading". And also of course you can adjust the brightness at all temperature settings.

I find the light works great on hardcover books with the included spring clip, but where I think this light really "shines" is for paperbacks and mass market paperbacks. For these I remove the spring clip and use it sort of bookmark style, but while also "clipping" it to a section of pages to give it something more to hold on to. I have found this to be the only book light I have enjoyed using on paperbacks at all, which is great because I love paperbacks!

I have also found that it works well for a small desk or work lamp as it can stand by itself ona desk or table and illuminate your subject matter. Also I have simply slid it into the collar of my shirt for a downward facing light for both books and other projects.

Basically I use this thing all the time. I love it. The battery is good, certainly good enough for several...

RWHIRN: I purchased both this and the Ecologic Mart Eye-Care Warm Book Light because the Lumino looked like it had better coverage and was lighter. Those two things are true. But the Ecologic light has the best color. I really hate "blue" light and much prefer yellow. The Lumino has both but the "yellow" was still a little blue to me so I switched to this Ecologic which is MUCH warmer. The battery life is better on the Lumino, though one nice feature of the Ecologic is the button you can press to see an LED indicator of how much charge it still has, so you don't have to wait for it to fade out before recharging. The best feature about the Lumino is that its coverage is SO much better. It has a big square light as opposed to the narrow strip of lights, like nearly all others which don't necessarily disperse to the edges of my Kindle (much less a book). The unit is a nice and light and slim at the battery/clip on portion making it easy to attach to a Kindle even in a case. As to brightness, my biggest complaint with ALL booklights is that the brightness settings are useless because they are ALL TOO BRIGHT. I've never used any setting other than the lowest. I mean that's the point, is to get...

Shaun Narine: I really like this light. The quality of the light is very good, it's highly portable and very lightweight. My only complaint is this: the clip is difficult to use. There is an additional panel on the back of the clip that makes it possible to raise the springs so that they get out of the way and allow the reader to slip the handle of the light through the clip so that it can be used to clip to a book. But it took me quite a while to figure that out after I had taken the light away from the clip one night. Once you realize that (which is really the only way for the device to work), it works well, clips strongly to books, and functions very well.

Capt: I received this at no charge for an honest review.

I have had this booklight for 1 week approximately. Bottom line, if you want a solid book light for about $12 this is a good product. It lights the page well, attaches easily to books especially hard covered books. I would recommend reversing the clip so it faces outward. Worked better that way for me.

It is extremely easy to charge. You just plug the USB connector into a USB plug. The connector is seamlessly part of the light so no charging plug or adapter needed. Also no need to buy new batteries which is great for example if you are prone to falling asleep reading and draining your book light batteries These are big pluses in my opinion: no batteries and no charging accessories to keep track of.

The light stayed strong for atleast 3 hours on full power as I left it on to test. After that it still provided light just not as intense.

It can be used as a general light source like a flashlight. It lights up dark spaces well enough for me to do tasks with this as my only light source.

The part I did not understand was how to use it as a bookmark. It is slightly bulky with the base clip so I could...
