FlyernDiver: Does what it says -- it kills bugs that run into it.

It's fun to swing it around like a tennis racket at first, but that gets old quick. The little mounting stands are much too small -- you need to fasten them to something with a much wider footprint. Battery life is surprisingly short, but, but, but if you keep it plugged in at all times it's been going for years now. Once in awhile I unplug it and take the battery out and hose off the grid to get rid of dried electrocuted bug stuff.

Not bad for the money. No regrets.

King Cameron: It zappers small bugs like crazy.. they actually s snap . Doesn’t work on big bugs . But on mosquitoes it’s great .

Kathryn: This was one of the worst years for flies for us. We were getting overrun by them and couldn't figure out where they were hatching until our son took his ferret cage outside to clean it and found maggots in the litter. He usually cleans it once a week as he only has 1 ferret but after that discovery it became a daily task for him. In the meantime we purchased the rechargeable zapper swatters. We have a batteried one but it was heavy on the hand and went through batteries fault quickly. Plus you have to push a button for it to zap. With the rechargeable ones there is the option to turn them in and leave them on or push a button to cap if desired. We used the continually on option and kept them mostly in the kitchen as that is where the flies tended to pirate us most. Instead of setting them in the stand provided we laid them flat on the counter and the flies would land on them. These were a true lifesaver for us! Once my son discovered his ferret cage issue we placed one in its charging base by the ferret cage. We were so pleased with these we bought another set so my husband who is a truck driver could keep one in his truck for mosquitoes. They are super for...

Honest Reviewer: I have to say that i'm really impressed by the performance of these zappers. The powerful zapping sounds are just so satisfying. The bugs, especially the mosquitos literally explode. I bought 2 to try out and I liked them so much that I bought another two. The ease of just keeping them charged by the USB really saves a lot of $$$ on batteries. The night light option of them attracting bugs to it a nice option. haven't tried it yet so not sure if that really works. I've tried several brands and types and these are my favorites - so far. Great for their price.

Wildcrafter: These surpassed all expectations. I keep them in the stands, plugged in set to on.... 24/7.
They are a stationary bug zapper AND a portable, rechargeable racket. Also to my surprise they get fruit flies. I hear them zapping in the middle of the night from my kitchen. In stationary mode they get mosquitoes, crane flies, drain flies, house flies, gnats , fruit flies.
I'm telling all my friends about these. The stationary 'on' feature is revolutionary no more chasing bugs.
Fair warning they make a helluva zap just like the standard porch bug zapper.
I bought 2 and will buy more just to have in case I can't find them again. These have made my Alaskan cabin bug free inside and that's really saying something!

Powers007: The media could not be loaded.  We purchased this swatter in order combat the swarm of insects, mainly flies, that are starting to invade our patio area. Upon receipt, my husband used the swatter and we are utterly satisfied with the effectiveness of this product. It actually became fun swatting the flies as they looked like little fire crackers when it came in contact with the swatter! The insects become attracted to the light so it doesn’t really need the swatting motion as you would with a traditional fly swatter. It’s light, easy to hold and rechargeable! It also comes with a small brush which we have not used since all insects seems to disintegrate instantly. We are very happy with this purchase and have shared our videos with our family members... a couple of them bought a set soon after they saw how effective it is.
