Vamvo L6200 1080P Full HD Video Projector - Perfect for Outdoor Movie Nights

Wally: I am still blown away that such an inexpensive projector (picked it up for about 75 Euros during Black Friday) is so good. The picture is very bright and the room doesn't have to be completely dark for it to work. The handling is very easy and minimalistic. HDMI connection and also Apple AirPlay works well with it. For my taste, it is a bit loud, but I never had a projector before, so I don't know if I am being too hard here.
The only disadvantage for me is that I find it impossible to get the image evenly sharp. If the bottom right corner is completely sharp, the upper left corner is slightly out of focus and vice-versa. This doesn't matter for a movie, but it is bothering a bit with text/ subtitles etc. I am pretty sure this is a manufacturing flaw and you might not have the issue with every one of these. It is not terribly unsharp but enough to notice it when you really pay attention to it. I am using it on a big wall, and the picture looks good, even with a 4-5m diagonal.

Zentomic: Der Beamer ist hell genug und das Bild ist scharf und farbenreich. Der Beamer eignet sich auch zum zocken, da er keinen merklichen input lag besitzt. Die Lüfter sind etwas laut, was aber für einen Beamer in dieser Preisklasse verzeihbar ist.

Alles in allem kann ich den Beamer für die 89€, welche ich bezahlt habe empfehlen.

The equipment is very easy to use. It is height adjustable, which is a very big advantage. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good projector at a reasonable price

Jonathan G.: First, this is a new updated version. I checked many reviews, but those pictures are different previous Version. I got a different new version at a very cheap price. You can't find a better projector under $100. I didn't think it would be super good because it was cheap, but wow, I was wrong. This one is so good.

If you want to find a super bright projector in the living room, you should try to find a 2000 lumens+ $1000 epson. This is not bright in the living room. But if you just want a cheap one in your bedroom at night, this one is 95% the same as a $1000 Epson. No major different. . The colors look great, and everything is sharp because it's 1080P – that's like what you see on a nice flat-screen TV.

One of the best things is that it doesn't make a lot of noise. Some projectors sound like a fan blowing, but this one is super quiet. I can watch a whole movie and barely hear it. You can plug in all sorts of things into this projector because it has lots of spots for cables like HDMI and USB. I've hooked up my game console and watched movies from my computer, and it always works great.

It is so easy to use an iPhone to project screen. It's very cool to use...

montymonty: The media could not be loaded.  Great value of money,perfect settings ie contrast and brightness, comes with the cover bag so its great for portablity, size is bit bigger but it is an all rounder and the best thing is, it connects so effortlessly. A great quality well equipped projector and a bargin on amazon prime day.

Atri: The media could not be loaded.  Believe this is the best budget projector you can get on amazon. The colors ade bright enough so one can even watch it in day light. The speaker truly give you an entertainment value and this projector can be used even for gaming. The projector has a vertical alignment button which helps you give better viewing angels. I would definitely recommend buying this projector if you are under a budget.

Chris PetersenChris Petersen: I found this to be a very good projector. The images are outstanding. I wish it had more range with the keystone adjustment. Build quality is excellent. But about brightness.....

I estimated the ANSI Lumens using a calibrated incident light meter. My result was 324 ANSI lumens which is actually pretty good for a low cost projector. The large number of lumens is for the lamp alone. But we're more concerned with how much light arrives on the screen after it has been turned into an image. This process is surprisingly inefficient. Here's a rough rule-of-thumb. Take the power input to the projector (in this case measured 145 watts). Subtract about 20 watts for fans and electronics. Multiply the result by 80 lumens/watt. The very, very best LEDs get about 100, so this is a good number for most projection lamp sources. This type of projector (single LCD, white LED) is about 5% efficient. That's right, only 5% of the light from the LED arrives at the screen. Thus the projector is about 120 watts * 80 lumens/watt * 0.04 efficiency = 384 lumens. Not a bad estimate based on my measurement of 324.

So in evaluating white LED single LCD projectors, the power input is your best...

Vikas BurmanVikas Burman: I always wanted to have a projector for large screen viewing, but never wanted to settle for anything less than the best that can fit in the budget. Now we know that 'best' and 'budget' are not really complimentary, so I decided to loosen up on the 'budget' and go towards the 'best' - and honestly, I picked another brand and did order that - paid!

Waiting excitedly, though not happy with the amount I did spend; I was still looking for something out there and happened to see this Vamvo L6200 1080p projector. Now, what I ordered was 4k and this was 1080p, yet some of the impressive set of features of Vamvo, were missing in the one I ordered (e.g., few simple things such as, audio out, speakers, etc.).

The price I paid for the Epson was 7 times the Vamvo's price. I decided to give this one a try - remember - this is my first projector ever. I canceled the order for the other projector and ordered this one.

Totally zero expectations - I was sure, it is not going to be a great experience and eventually, I will return this. But, here is the story:
