Matthew: I could not get this unit to connect to Wi-Fi right out of the box. I called the support number enclosed and a super helpful and cheerful woman named Liezl picked up the phone right away to assist me. Its hard to get good support anywhere these days, so I was very impressed. I sent her a short video of what was going on. It could not be fixed so she had a new unit sent out right away!
I wish there were more Liezl’s in this world. Props to this company! They stand behind their products, and take care of the customers in a very timely and friendly way. Although my resolution was a new unit, I would certainly recommend this brand to everyone. I will look for more of their products in the future. Keep up the good work!

Kon: It’s a great projector and I’ve always exclusively used this brand. I got this particular one about a year ago and, unfortunately, it started crapping out on me but customer service to the rescue! I spoke to a woman named Liezl and she was fast, polite and, professional. After a few troubleshooting questions and pictures, she informed that I was still under warranty and I didn’t even have to wait forever for an answer. Good company with good customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

They were very quick to reply and after a little back and forth, we determined that the projector was not compatible with my Google Chromebook. Customer service was great in their very quick communication as well as advice and resolution.

After a few months a blue dot started to appear in the image. Contacted customer support and they quickly identified the issue and were able to process a replacement in minutes. Would be 5 stars had the issue not come up, but am happy with the support.
