Lance: The DBPOWER 8000L projector is a great quality/performance mini projector for it's price. Like all projectors it's strongest in the darkest room possible but surprisingly the brightness is great when used in a room even with a small lamp on. Colour representation is good for the price point and only slightly blown out sometimes - but nothing too noticeable unless you've seen much more expensive projectors.
The size and weight of this little thing is perfect and at 75W max it's using relatively low power (actually less than my Sony Bravia TV!)
This works very well with Chromecast Google TV (which I pair to BOSE Soundlink II speaker rather than use projector speaker.
Overall this is an incredible projector that punches well above it's weight and you can't go wrong for the price point on this product!
Only things to note (and these are not major things for the price, just worthy to know):
- The fan is noisier than my reference EPSON ($1995) but for the price it's to be expected - just worth noting if you want this in a bedroom (like I do) and don't want to increase the volume a bit to overcome the fan hum.
