Kar: Amazing taste, excellent texture, loving the organic...loses one star for plastic bottle I can't find any info re BPA on. I'd prefer glass, but I can't find any organic in glass so here we are choosing a possible BPA source over pesticide source. You just can't win today!

John C: This is great tahini, but my last batch had separated so much that the bottom halves of the jars were hard, and it took a lot of muscle action to stir to uniform smoothness. I suspect the batch sat in a warehouse for months before it was shipped. So maybe fresher would be better....
