GroxGrox: This was a lot tastier than I thought it would be. To a another pleasant surprise the ingredients are super healthy. Only issue is the sunflower oil which is likely not cold pressed. They change that though, make it come in a bigger container with a good price this will be the only Hummus I buy the rest of my life. I really like what they are doing/trying here. 5 stars from me.

jacey adler: Ithaca hummus is hands down the best hummus I’ve ever tried. I’ve become a self made Ithaca ambassador amongst all my friends and family because I talk about it to EVERYONE. I’ve gotten all of them hooked. You can never go back to regular hummus after you try this. It is the freshest tasting, dreamiest hummus in the entire WORLD. Ithaca - thanks for getting me through good days and bad days alike. I will repurchase this hummus a million times over !!!!!!!!!!

Kathleen McClafferty: Love this stuff. Substituting beets for some of the chick peas lowers the calorie count a bit. And, weird thing to say, but it’s not SO delicious/carb-y that I can’t stop eating it. The tartness helps me control my portions.

Priyanka B.: It has this salty taste, I'm not sure if its the lemon and salt, because its only 100 mg salt (compared to 130 for sabra, which tastes less saltier than this one). It's still geat like there's a freshness and flavorful taste u wont find elsewhere. It's creamy, smooth, and the way the beets blend in, u cant' really tell. I think it's a great way to expand a kid's diet as well. Will try another pack to figure out what's up w/ this salty taste.
