Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Installed for a semi-permanent seal on 6" stovepipe thimble (female) in unused chimney flue. Put a bead of firestop expanding foam at end for an airtight seal (wet, installed and let it expand/seal). Ended up with a good seal and I can pull it and clean it up if I ever want to. Used a standard black trim ring around it to cover the ceramic thimble.
