Shane: The mirrors look great on my Santa Monica electric bike. You'll definitely wanna use the nuts provided to keep them in place or they will come loose fairly easily. Though, the mirror part itself is easily adjustable. Well worth the money.

Garry Ward: Very basic design, too many nuts bolts , screwsto tighten up and position - Fiddly.
Best designs have only 2 connection and ball joints at each end - have one now fantastic. Easy to adjust and very strurdy about 30% dearer.

Trevor H: Works on a cruiser, even though documentation said it wouldn't.

Richard: I have installed and subsequently removed quite a few mirrors. Love bar-end one but cannot use those on this bike.. Last one was "ok" but way too convex to be of real use. This one is quite easy to install, seems quite sturdy, rther good looking. Mirror is not convex so no distortion. Finally have one that works well. moving the brake and shift levers about a half inch was very easy and had no effect on using them controls;. They come right and left. Do not need a right one but would be easy to reverse it so would have an extra if I accidentally break this0 one.

David Eason: I'm a road cyclist. This mirror mounts to my aerobars at the end closest to my knee, with the mirror next to the drop-out (so it extends beyond my legs). I'll admit, this is an odd position. It would certainly not mount to anything else on the bike, as all other parts are too wide and the mounting bracket offers virtually no flexibility.

The mounting bracket and other hardware are all rock solid and adjust well, and the glass is clear and flat (so, no distortion). However the mirror itself vibrates excessively. No amount of tightening will fix that.

If my bike ever falls on the left side, the glass will probably break. Adjusting the mirror closer into the frame would likely prevent that, but then the view would be obscured by my left leg.

Other mirrors I've tried vibrate much less, but tend to fail after only 1000-2000 miles (or so) of riding. This one will likely not fail (assuming I don't drop the bike). Time will tell if the vibration makes it unusable.

Overall, I like my helmet mount mirror much better, as there's no vibration and I can point it where and when I want it. (The challenge with the helmet mount is the mirror tends to...

M. Takata: I bought these for my new ebike that I'll be using for a 30 mile round trip commute that includes some dangerous stretches of road. I was wary of them as they seemed too good to be true for the price.

No worries. They are that good. Very clear view. The mounting method is solid. Like, REALLY solid. Which is good since some of the road is pretty rough. They adjust easily and then once you have them in place you just wrench them down and you're golden. Definitely the best mirrors I've used.

Issues? I'd prefer hex or star bolts to Phillips on the mounts, but honestly that's a personal thing and there's literally nothing wrong with Phillips for most people. I just don't normally carry a Phillips driver in my repair kit so I need to be sure I snug these up good. Otherwise though... they're great. They even LOOK good.

One comment for the seller, the card that came with the mirrors? It is a little... um, odd. Like, I know that's probably not you. If it really is, I apologize, but it seemed like an odd thing to include.

Dave Edmiston: I bought these mirrors in spite of some of the negative feedback I read in other reviews. The #1 complaint that I read was that the threads weren't long enough for the nut. I overcame this pretty easily by screwing down the mirror tight on the round knob and using the mirror itself to crank the male screw tighter into the female mount. This gave me plenty of threads to tighten the nut.

I originally hoped that I could mount these on top of my bars, but the position there really only gave me a good view of my arm and not much of the road behind me. So I swapped the right and left and hung them upside down below the bars. This works really well. This gives me a great view of the road behind me when I look down at the mirrors just beneath my grips. The only downside to this is that my knees will hit the mirrors in tight turns.

I decided that I really only want a mirror on the left side (the traffic side), So I left the right mirror off. This means that I only have to watch out for my knee if I'm turning sharply to the left. This turned out to be pretty workable.

I've been using these mirrors for a few days now and I found that it was best to...
