LMAC: This little guy packs a punch! We have an intex 15x48 above ground pool and we live in Arizona, so it needs to be vacuumed every time we get in it, or at least every 72 hours to prevent buildup of dust & dirt. I have purchased a couple of other vacs prior to this one and they’ve worked ok…I had zero expectations for this one. It is amazing. Super suction, lasts long enough to do the whole pool unlike our previous (intex) vac, and gets up all the big and little things. I use the telescoping pole from our skimmer and I do throw some cotton balls or a filter sock in the filter section for the teeny bits of dust but my vacuum time has gone from 1 hour, let the dirt settle again and vacuum for another another hour to 30 mins. I love this little vac!

Sarah Samantha: This was my third vacuum purchase. I’m trying to find a device that will remove the algae particulates after shocking the pool and putting the clarifier in. My setup is for an above-ground pool, a 12-foot pool with a stock pump.
After charging fully, the product does pick up large particles. Like leaves, bugs, and random debris.
If you’re trying to pick up fine particles like after shocking your pool, all the algae particles that gather on the bottom, this device won’t work. It picks them up but shoots them back out in a cloud of dust through the outlet of the vacuum back into the pool.
