mommaAmommaA: Our plumber was surprised at the price and how nice this was after he kept suggesting switch to Delta due to the ease of changing out the cartridge if/when problems arise. After researching online & w/ other plumber friends... this was really the best idea although I gravitate to Moen designs.
We DIY installed after the plumber got new lines in and pulled/twisted max hot water allowance on the cartridge- so all we had to do was put it on when the rest of shower was complete.
Easy, nice, sturdy, will use the same rough in valve (delta/universal) now we can just replace hardware style & cartridge if we ever need to instead of opening the wall and replacing the entire system.
Went on the cheep, got chrome & sprayed. Happy with this purchase.
