Upgrade Your Shower Experience with the Kingston Brass KB245AX Twin Handle Tub & Shower Faucet

JulesJules: ONLY the tiny shower head showed up. I tried to see if I could get a replacement set or the missing pieces and Amazon said to contact Kingston directly to try to fix that or just return it. Two separate times I tried to call and was taken to voicemail by Kingston customer service saying nobody was available to take my call (once after being in the queue for 30 minutes). I was also never called back after leaving a voicemail days ago.

Had to return. Really bummed. I would’ve rather just gotten the rest of the pieces. Won’t be reordering just incase this happens again :/

Robin Fee: I got these when we fixed that darn drip.. drip.. drip.. drip ..in my bathroom. I like the look of the handles, that's the reason I got this set. Now I'm trying to pawn this shower head off on someone else. I can't speak for the shower head too much because I looked at it, laughed and tossed it to the side. I read the reviews of other about it didn't want any part of it.
The handles and spout work great though. You can't turn the handles too hard or they unscrew on you but you don't need the might of Zesus to turn water on and off either. The handles fit in almost bathroom color pattern, they are a durable material and twist very easy! The spout matches and does its job, got to give it some credit. Overall a great buy for the handles and spout.

Tamara Swindell: Put this in my grandmother's shower and she absolutely loves it. The color is great and blends with her sink perfectly. No issues so far. Will update if anything changes.

T Tru: Don't buy. Waste of money. The faucet wouldn't connect properly and was leaking. The business contact information on Amazon is incorrect and I did contact them and heard nothing back. Very disappointed.

Whitney: Bought just for the spout and handles, didn't actually realize how much it came with. Comes with all the plumbing to the handles that go behind the wall. The handles are heavy, good material. I had to go the the hardware store to get longer screws for the handles, others will probably have to also unless replacing the entire plumbing the product comes with. The spout seems a little flimsy, plastic pieces inside, but works well and doesnt make any weird sounds when water flowing through shower head like other old or cheap spouts. The shower head is very cheap, plastic pieces and one setting, would give 1 star. But everything else satisfied with, 4 stars.

bill boyd: I am not a plumber in any way. This product was easy to install and when finished looks great in the tub. I would suggest this product to anyone having to replace taps. Great value

Jessica: I love these taps. Great finish and solid. Installation went smooth. We bought another Kingston brass shower head to replace the sillly one that came with it. But we knew that before we purchased. This is our 3rd Kingston brass set and we’re very happy with the quality. The hardware store and even the specialty kitchen bath stores seem to just sell plastic sets that look chintzy.
