Dacoda Guy: There were a couple hooks that snag my yarn because they have rough edges, but all in all it’s a great set for the price.

RYNichols: I love the actual hooks in this set. Longer shafts than some other similar ones. I also looked for the longest ones I could find. My whole hand fits on the hook. More comfortable than the thin metal ones. I applied clear nail polish over the numbers and so far so good. The included scissors are pretty worthless (not sharp, very cheap) and the bag has an odd message that does not make sense - "days will be better."

sf: Nice hooks with comfortable grip. Draw backs the numbers are wearing off on handle from use, and not had that long. The stitch markers all broke.
Update: my wife got two more one for my mother an one for me. My stitch markers are holding up, hers must have been a brittle batch. Numbers are already wearing out on handle of the one I've been using though.

Clyde Hickey: As a result of years dealing with three different forms of arthritis affecting my hands, joint erosion makes it impossible for my fingers to curl...so I pinch my hooks between thumb & fingers to crochet....comfortable initially but after awhile, even with my Addi Swings, custom made wood set, bamboo or cushioned handled hooks, my hands become cranky. This set, so reasonably priced, is perfect to work with. The wider, slightly flattened handles with textured thumb rest & side "bumps" works well with my pincher hold. The plastic is firm but not hard, will not indent over time like softer cushion handles do, and is comfortable. The hook glides nicely thru the yarn with no splitting. Pretty colors and hook size clearly stamped on the handles are a plus. Love the case with the words "Days Will Be Better" sentiment written upon the front...and it comes with a cloth measuring tape, folding scissors, stitch markers and yarn needles of varied sizes. All for about 14 bucks....awesome sauce, indeed.
