Pri: I didn't agree with a lot of views expressed here, some views are outdated for this era, and I don't say it simply because of Christian views. I do think God should be the one to reveal your life partner to you, but it also involves a person to do work in themselves and get ready to be a wife or husband. It was interesting.

TheBrightestLight: I ordered this book March 2013 after it caught my eye in a book store. It sat on my shelf for over a year and I finally started reading it April 2014. Today I just finished this book. When finally complete, I burst into tears. I had to fall to my knees and thank God for bringing this book into my life.

This book will make you cry, laugh, repent, and hope. It will make you feel guilt and sorrow from your past, it will make you raise your standards for relationships, it will make you cry out to God to take and restore your love life.

I started this book right at the end of a break up. I was so desperate for help and understanding. This book completely changed the way I approach relationships. It helped me realize why it didn't work out with the guy I dated. It helped me have JOY that the relationship ended. I have always been the type of person to cycle through relationships, looking for meaning and purpose through them. This book helped me fall in love with God. I am so thankful to be single and invite Him to take complete control of my life. Now, I can wait patiently if He chooses to bring a Christ-like man into my life. I won't settle for less.

Stephanie: I thought the book made and reinforced basic principles in meeting a mate and relying on GOD to make that happen. I don't think there was anything earthshattering about the book or something I hadn't heard about or considered before. I did disagree about the point on online dating and how GOD wouldn't necessarily pick online dating to find a mate or how it's hard to get to know someone online. I think the author placed limits on GOD and was judging online dating.

Proving 2B Possible: I like this book because it encourages devotion to Jesus before anything else. THEN it focuses on your love story.

They don't push their own story on readers, merely tell their own and encourage readers to seek Jesus before and above all else. It doesn't matter if your love story looks entirely different from theirs, they are still delighted by what happens when God takes the pen and writes your love story - the only way love stories should be written.

Read it! It's filled with hope and delight and awesome, Bible-based teaching.

i.d.p.15: I was browsing Amazon for romance novels and I came across this book. I bought it thinking, "Oh well, the reviews seem pretty good. Let's give it a try." I am so glad that I decided to purchase this book. It has been the best book I have ever read in my life that has been so fulfilling. Many times I found myself looking for romance books, but felt empty after ending the story. This book is an ultimate guide for men and women in a relationship, whether married or not. There are many aspects in it, such as reflection of your life and how to become a better person. Thanks to this book, I have started to love my future husband even though I have not met him yet. But God has a plan for me, and He has a plan for you too. Don't hesitate and buy the book. I underlined, and wrote notes on the side. It has become so personal that I have decided to leave this legacy only for my future children to read! It may sound ridiculous to you, but not to me. You can only understand this after reading it :) 5 Stars!

Joanna Booher: Easy to read and understand book about allowing God to choose your mate. So many teens and adults for that matter seem desperate for a relationship, any relationship in some cases. It seems their identity is all wrapped up in the relationship and the focus and energy is maintaining the relationship, even if it's unhealthy. This book shares the authors dating disasters and the desperation so many folks have. The authors finally realize their identity must be in Jesus Christ and not in some relationship. The authors hand over the reins of their love lives to God and allow Him to write their love story. The book is authentic and offers solid tips on how to achieve peace of mind when the Creator of the Universe is in charge of this important area. The book's theme might be: Do you want to settle for less than what God has planned? I read the book after a college student raved about it and agreed--it's a fantastic book. We bought 3 copies, one for each child and a household copy which we're planning to share with others. My husband is currently reading a copy.
