Olya: Donald Miller is a fantastic teacher. I paid over $2k for a course to launch a brand where part of the course was to craft your brand story, mission statement, etc. I applied the course very seriously and in the end, my brand story was still vague to ME. I ended up closing that business in the end. In this book, I have learned SO much that I think I could make that closed business work even though I lost the passion for that product. I didn't treat this like a book. I treated it like a course. Everyday I read a chapter and immediately did the "homework". It took me a couple hours a day for over a week, but I committed to my new business idea and I'm also starting it with a total budget of $0 so a resource like this is unbelievable. This book was free on kindle and since it comes so highly rated, there was no question of whether I should read it or not. This book is an answered prayer. If you're on a budget (or not), I highly recommend you read it. It will give you clarity on all the words and phrases you need so you can start creating content and marketing your business.

Rockstar Property: Having been in business for 13 years now, I’d like to consider myself proficient when it comes to marketing my companies…but then I read this book and realised how little I knew!
I read a book a week and with this one, I just couldn’t put it down. The whole book is constructed so well, into bite sized chapters. The detail Donald goes into is just so valuable. The honest truth is, my approach to marketing will never be the same thanks to ‘Building A Story Brand’.
I’m currently recruiting for a number of marketing roles within my company Rockstar Property in the UK. I’m considering making it mandatory that anyone in sales or marketing joining my teams, has to read Building A Storybrand.
