MARY H. MULA: I was failing miserably at my job as a title rep. I was ready to hang it up and then a friend said this book was all the buzz in real estate world. I read the book and it totally changed my focus and the way I do business. I no longer look for a title order. I look for how I can help someone each day. Matthew R. Kammers: I bought this book Oct. 2021 and I read it cover to cover in less than 24 hours. It is not a long book but work, family, kids, etc.. it was on the shelf. I have been in the Real Estate industry for a little over a year and what a difference this book can possibly make in my life. No exaggerating either much like the character in the book Rick I had a little bit of success and just thought keep doing what you are currently doing and it will work out. I am ready to change tonight and follow some basic principles to get my ship in the right direction again. It is a very insightful book for real estate agents and those in the customer service industry. We must serve other before we serve ourselves.

Hmmmm: I love this book! It's an easy read, meaning, very entertaining, keeps one's interest. (At least for me it did).
I wish the book was a little longer because it was a fun read.
