Raw Intuition: Loved the book! Great information about the benefits of sprouts, why we should include them in our diet, and how easy it can be to do so.

Dave: It's a good source of information, but the procedure for sprouting seeds would be so much better if illustrations were used. Just leafing through the book, I don't recall seeing any instructional illustrations except for some charts.

Graham and Annette: I love this book. I'm already a keen sprouter, but this book spurred me on further. Most books on the subject are matter-of-fact 'how to' guides which are certainly useful, but Doug Evans adds more information and above all, excitement. I can't imagine reading this book and then being anything other than absolutely determined to get started.

Geraldine: If you are looking for ways to incorporate more whole, fresh foods into your diet (and we all should be) this is a book you won't want to miss.
Jam-packed with all the how tos of creating a variety of sprouts in your kitchen, with minimal fuss. Many interesting personal stories (from people the author interviewed) shared of how adding sprouts into their diets has had many health benefits, some quite unexpected.
I have always loved sprouts especially to top a garden tomato and homemade bread sandwich or a veggie-rice bowl. Now I have had my interest renewed in making my own; avoiding the store bought prices and too often, questionable freshness when buying sprouts.
One star off....I wasn't all that impressed with the recipes included but I'm sure they will appeal to many readers who decide to give them a try. They certainly are creative and rather unique! Some color photos would really add to this eBook too.
Helpful votes are always appreciated!😊

Kindle Customer: I have sprouted seeds in the past many years ago but found that I d id not use them a lot. Now that science has progressed in the food as medicine category I find that I am will ing to give this another try. This book makes it clear and painless and you can vary the amount of sprouts you do plus you can have several on the go so that you always have sprouted grains coming along for your next meal. Very helpful like this a lot would highly recommend

Eydie E. Desser: Doug Evan's book is filled with such great information and education on the world's most nutrient living food----SEEDS! Easy access, very inexpensive, quick and easy to make and filled with loads of antioxidants, immune boosting elements, protein-- you name it! I buy (or used to buy) sprouts from the grocery store or Farmers market not knowing that I could make them myself, and how easy it was. I knew they were healthy....even healthier than their "parents"! Like a handful of broccoli sprouts has the same nutrition as many heads of broccoli! I'm a Plant based nutritionist/chef, cooking school teacher, and I never tried "making" sprouts. Then I met Doug listening to him on the Rich Roll Podcast and got so Inspired that I can make so many different types of sprouts, so much cheaper and more delicious than store bought, I immediately bought the book. I bought some seeds and have sprouted Broccoli, Collard green and alfalfa sprouts. I have red clover, lentils, garbanzo beans, hemp seeds, radish seeds...all at the ready! Seriously...making your own sprouts taste better, and are so much fresher and last longer than store bought. I had no idea! It's amazing how many seeds there are to...
