DogmamaDogmama: I like to dive into the recipes. This book has a lot of conversation before you get to an actual recipe. There is a list of the ingredients provided next to each recipe. It is an easy read. Nothing super complicated and there are photos of each dish.

W. Zhang: I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after a year-plus of owning this cookbook, I have to let others know that it's full of accessible, delicious meals that don't take much effort. My husband and I are not vegetarians, but were looking to cut back on meat consumption and find new ways to use our CSA veggies. This book helped us change our diet to be much more vegetable-forward, and we have a dozen or so favorite recipes that are in our regular rotation. I have lot of other cookbooks written by big chefs gathering dust, but this one is a tried and true favorite!

Darren W.: We have a lot of vegetarian cookbooks and rely on them for our weekly meals. Weekday vegetarians has one great meal after another while being quick and easy to make. We use it more than our other cookbooks combined! The two suggestions I would make, first it was written for an American audience, so you'll need to convert some measurements and second, the quantities are only sufficient for our family of 4, we like to have leftovers for the next day's lunch and these volumes don't allow for that, so we increase the ingredients to get two more servings. I would highly recommend this cookbook .

Cookingandtravel: Jenny doesn't know me, but her words and recipes have shaped my family's life and eating. And now, she has done it again, with this incredible cookbook. I have made more than 20 recipe from the book ("our favorite kale salad" truly is a favorite for us now!) and it has made me think about eating and cooking in a whole new way. The only recipe that didn't quite work for me was the spinach artichoke dip pizza - but SO many of Jenny's pizza recipes are family favorites from all of her books. Jenny is the friend I wish lived next door and the guide for not only eating, but parenting and family life in many ways.

Eileen C: As someone who is trying to eat less meat I found these recipes a great addition to my weekly routine. They're tasty and easy to modify. I like that you can make them exactly, but there are lots of ways to put your own spin on things depending what you have in the cupboards and freezer.

RachelLA: This book was recommended to me by a friend after I was diagnosed with Celiacs. As a novice cook I enjoy the ease of these recipes and the fact that they are healthy and delicious! The recipes I’ve made have been easy to alter to GF.
I recently made the chili recipe and my 10yo daughter came downstairs and said “mmm, what is that? It smells good”. High praise from a kid!
