Only problem length is not enough to evenly do 2 1 car garage doors. One at complete width,then you're about 3-4 inches short on the other.

It was quite easy to install. Keeps wind and water out. It does not come with adhesive. I just bought some specifically for adhering rubber to concrete.

This was purchased to keep water out of the garage as when winter comes, we have snow melting and running in. Well, it bought it in the summer so we have not tested the snow yet but it is coming. It was SUPER easy to install. It took maybe 1 hour to install for two doors and the 1st 20 minutes was just making sure I was reading the directions correctly and fiddling with it. Once I did that, it installed quickly. I do not have issues when it rains with water coming in so it has not been tested at all. It seems really sturdy though and you can feel the hump when you pull in the garage so I expect it to generally work. Currently I would recommend this product to anyone. Just remember, it is 20ft long so it would do 1 double garage door (meaning 2 spaces) or 2 single garage doors. I have 2 single doors and the material was super easy to cut, I used a knife to do it.

Easy to install with liquid nails on cement floor of garage. It has solved a problem with a few small gaps when the garage door is closed. Reduced the draft.
