I ordered and sent this product to my father, who is in a wheelchair.
All the assembly instructions were in Chinese, including a handout and those printed in the box. He was forced to call a handyperson to figure out how to ensemble the headrest. It took much work for a simple product and additional expenses. I do not recommend this seller for non-Chinese-speaking customers.

Kathy: product shipped so fast and workable on wheelchair and easy to install. Mom likes to have head supported. need to remove when folding the wheelchair but not a big deal. overall very happy and lifesaving.
