rkybroncrkybronc: Bought for my mom's (equate brand) transport chair to carry her 29 inch tall oxygen tanks. Easy to put on. The bottom straps are really long so I tied them in a knot......may cut them down later. I have to loosen the top straps to put the tank in. Otherwise it looks well made and I hope it lasts a long time.
