Annette Weiner: I placed the pocket bag on the outside of wheelchair arm rest as in the photo. Velcro straps were easy to adjust height of bag and attach to armrest. Durable material, pleasing violet color. This pocket bag is very useful to keep items accessible for people using wheelchairs!
