Justin K.: The photos and product description do not match the product I was given. I’ve read a couple of similar reviews just now so this isn’t just a one off, the USB power port is not on the chest strap as advertised, and the handy pockets inside the main compartment are non existent. Also the insulated area is barely big enough to fit a standard plastic water bottle so forget about using it for anything other than that. The “shoe compartment” could maybe fit one shoe…it’s more like a slipper compartment. Still seems like a good quality bag but it’s misleading in the photos, and definitely NOT worth 200+ dollars…there are better higher quality bags on the market for this price point.

Doesn’t look too big yet got a lot of spaces

Only bad feature I would say the weight. It’s 1.5kg where you can get bag ranging .5 to 1 kg for daily use.

Raghuveer Phull: This is hands down the best travel backpack I owned. The travel sleeve was important to me such that it should be sturdy enough to support the weight when attached on a suitcase handle. Various sections of this bag help you compartmentalize everything. A sleeve for shoes/slippers was the best addition in my opinion. And a hard case for keeping your glasses, makes it a well thought product. I highly recommend this product.

Meg Hunting: This backpack is sturdy enough for my highschooler, with a sleeve for his school laptop and room for all of his textbooks, notes, etc. It also has an ample cup holder for his water bottle and places for him to put his battery chargers, pens, calculator, etc.

Big E: This is my first SwissGear bag, and I have to say that I'm impressed. For decades, I've used a few packs from other vendors, both "professional" bags and "sports" packs that had laptop pockets. I've often found those other packs to be merely sufficient, but not check all the boxes that I'd like to see. But, I didn't think anyone made the perfect bag, so accepting mediocre products was my fate.

Fast forward to now, I wanted to replace my well-worn pack (over 1M travel miles on it!) with something that was small, durable, and which had sufficient dedicated storage space for the smaller items I need to carry in addition to my MacBook Pro and iPad. After searching for a few weeks, I came back to this pack, which was on sale for a fantastic price, and decided to give it a try with the thought that if it didn't work out, I could just donate the thing. To my surprise, this pack is absolutely perfect and meets or exceeds all of my expectations.

The pack has plenty of little pockets to hold the bits and pieces, but ample storage room for books, a light jacket, etc. Also, an armored glasses pocket and a really cool side-load sleeve for shoes or jackets....

Darlene Hirt: It is well designed for a frequent traveler with electronics. For my son who needs to bring a lot of text books home, it could be a bit bigger. Well made, stylish and overall good function. Maybe I should tell my son to stop ferrying all his books back and forth each day...;)

Alex Diosdado: As a college student who was looking to upgrade from a jansport backpack, this is honestly a great backpack to get. It is pricy, but it was needed for lugging around some textbooks, and other essential school supplies.

It’s practical since it’s comfortable, carries a lot of stuff, and it also looks very good. One of the things I was worried about was on how big the whole thing would look on me. I am not a fan of thick, bulky backpacks, and although this is not the thinnest backpack either, it certainly is not an eyesore sticking out. Very good plus.

For those of you who are skinny and short as I am, this will work well for you, and should look neat and professional.

Package arrived well and included the lock. Very easy to set up as well for other uses!

Another awesome feature was the cold water bottle compartment that keeps your drinks at temperature, and of course the USB charging port on the strap is an added bonus that is convenient for the student or traveler on the go. I hooked mine up to an Anker portable charger and it works just great!

The only downside for me was the sunglasses compartment. This pocket is for...
