jessica f.: These are good for temporary support although I do find them a bit uncomfortable to wear in shoes for an average day at work. I would typically wear them around the house. If they shift while wearing in a shoe, they can tend to feel a bit uncomfortable as they are a hard form.

Cosmicray: If you suffer with Metatarsalgia, please give these a try. I did and it works really well. I have been using the felt pads and they work, but they slip around and wear out of course. So I tried these Arch Relief things - not expecting much. But they work as good or better than the felt pads. I wore them (on both feet) almost all the time while on a 21 day trip to Italy and Greece where we did a lot of walking everyday. Only one day did my foot hurt enough too need a ice water soaking to take the inflammation down. Next day I wore the felt pad to give my foot a change, then went back to these Copper Fit Arch Relief things. If you suffer from Metatarsalgia, it is worth the price to give these a try. Hopefully they will work for you.

hdjimmylee: I feel I should update my feedback, since so many people have read my earlier post. I hope that it may send a notice to everyone that read the beginning statement I made praising just the shoes with the socks as that after around week 3 or so I have decided that my feet feel much much better when I wear the copper fit socks and add the velcro arch supports together in the FitVille sneakers. I jumped the gun a wee bit because in the beginning of using just the Copper Fit Socks in the shoes was magical to my extremely aching feet, but once the shoes broke in I was suffering once again with the extreme burning 🔥 in the soles of my feet . So I am now a few days in using the socks, the arch supports, and the sneakers 👟 I chose in the Army Green with orange stripes. I see they offer a sneaker 👟 particularly for Facitic feet, but not finding them to be as nice looking of a shoe I plan to continue with the combination of the three worn together and go nude with the feet at night as I sleep to give my feet a total break. Knowing just how miserable feet can make those of us who suffer hurt to the point 👉 of suicide and or murder I truly hope that my feedback can help others find...
