Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: This was purchased after using my previous set for 12 years. The set came with the top knob stripped. We followed the directions, which requested us to call the company (and not return the item). We called, left a messag and no one called us back. Since this did not effect function I used the set as I would normally. After 4 fires, the broom's handle, which screws into a wood peg, has stripped and fallen apart. Although it does look very nice, I would not suggest this set for anyone who actually uses their fireplace tools...
