Attila: Bought this for an older PC at work that doesn't have Bluetooth and now my boss thinks I'm some sort of IT genius for magically fixing an issue that nobody could ever fix before.
It works flawlessly with no distortion/connection issues, the range could be different based on the device you connect to it, but so far my experience was suprisingly good. (It's mainly used for earphones and scanners within an approx range of 8-10 meters)

Kamaran LayneKamaran Layne: I've been purchasing products from UGREEN for the past few years now and have yet to be disappointed. I use this adapter for my WFH setup to connect a bluetooth keyboard and headset- noticably much better than the bluetooth that came with my work laptop. However, I will admit, there are some caveats with their products that aren't common knowledge and may not be listed publicly with the product description/troubleshooting steps. e.g. What I've learned while setting this product up on my laptop running Windows 11 (22H2):
- If your machine already has a bluetooth and you're adding this adapter to have a better bluetooth connection, you'll more than likely have to go into Device Manager and disable your built-in bluetooth to keep the two adapters from fighting to be the active bluetooth radio.
- For users experiencing issues with this adapter cutting in and out, be sure to go to the adapter's properties in Device Manager, and make sure that you have "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" UN-checked on the Power Management tab.

Ryu: This bluetooth adapter isn’t necessarily the best (does cut in and out sometimes) but it works if you really need an external choice if you have no bluetooth in a computer or laptop.
