Lauren Shaw: Good quality phone cord and sound. Problem is that they do not supply the full 15 feet as advertised. It was short by 8 inches and I REALLY needed that last 8 inches to reach from my phone jack to my fax. Not worth sending back (for the price, and I'm sure I can use it somewhere else) but now I'll have to order another one for my fax.
