Sean M.: Like many of us, I too started a hard core diet starting on January 2nd and I needed something that would track more than just body weight. When you are a heavy lift, BMI plays a role but what I really wanted to see what body fat percentage and body weight. This scale let me set up a setting for myself and I was able to track daily the changes and being able to see the body fat percent go down but the body weight stayed the same, meant the muscle was growing and the fat was going :)

Suzanne: As a scale, I love it. It's sleek, doesn't weigh too much nor take up too much room on my shelf. It's accurate and easy to read. However, I have NEVER been able to figure out the body composition feature which is strange since that feature is being prominently advertised. I don't know what step I'm missing.

I bought it, basically, because I had previously bought a health journal that tracked muscle mass percentage as well as weight, and because I'm a little bit OCD and didn't want to leave part of my journal empty, I had to buy something that would help me measure body fat/muscle somewhat accurately. I chose this scale because it was reasonably priced and didn't require me to download an app to use it.

I'm really happy with my purchase. It's super easy to set up and use, and it fits my family's needs perfectly. Because we're able to program multiple users in AND it doesn't require any app downloading to use it, my kids are able to use it as well. We love that it measures more than just weight and fat percentages too, because now it can serve my family as a tool for checking/maintaining physical health, and not necessarily something that causes obsession over body image numbers. Overall, I appreciate its simplicity and ease of use, and I recommend it for those who have similar needs as my family has.

SK: First Impression: When I first opened the box, I liked what I saw --- the color and the style. It is kind of classy and exquisite. When it is in my hands, it feels solid and well-built.

Use of The Product: The surface is non-slippery as it is described. In fact, it is a bit too sticky, especially when your feet are a bit sweaty. To use the device is fairly straight-forward and easy. You do not need to go through the manual. The simple instructions are on the surface of the device. It provides the body weight plus 6 other body readings like body fat, body hydration, bone mass...etc. The charts/tables in the manual will provide the interpretation of your readings. It can be set up for 10 different people. The first time you step on it, you will need to set up Pn (n is 1, 2...10) and enter your age and height (you will only need to do this once). Then, it will display your body weight. If you want to know the other readings, you will need to turn the device off and back on again. The device will display the 6 readings one by one. The device will display all the readings 3 times for you to remember (if you can) or make a note. It does not store them for later...
