Kathleen K Campbell: I ordered this strap because I had to stretch after knee replacement surgery. It has helped me so much. I am able to stretch my feet and legs easily because I can hold the stretch with the loops. It also has helped with my planterfascia , being able to hold the stretch helps so much.
