Tazit: I would recommend this product. It helps you get that extra stretch you can't achieve on your own. I haven't had it for very long, but it seems like it should hold up and last for quite a while.

Susan H: I was trying to get by doing my physical therapy leg exercises at home using my dog's leash. Not a great idea. My dog was disappointed every time I grabbed his leash and then didn't take him for a walk, and I developed shoulder and back pains from using a dog leash instead of the real thing, which (oh, the irony!) meant additional physical therapy on another part of my body. This strap is so inexpensive and easy to use that I feel like a cheap fool for putting off buying it. The placement of the 10 loops makes it easy to adjust for more tension as my treatment progresses, and my husband (who is 8 inches taller than me) can use it to stretch before working out as well. I can't say that about the dog leash!

Amazon Customer: This band is extremely useful. I had back surgery months ago, and now I’m in physical therapy to help with stretching and building strength. At first, I was using a belt to help stretch my legs while laying on my back, but it kept slipping or making my hands tired. This band works wonders! The loops are great, because they help me grip at different lengths (if I’m holding my leg closer to my body, or further away). It’s sturdy, yet light weight and comfortable. I highly recommend. 🙂

John D: Used to help stretch post total knee replacement surgery . Strap is better designed than immediately obvious given multiple ways to use. I have had to seek out ways to use given the paucity of info that come with them . Even so the straps are very worthwhile and recommended .
