Rose City Reviewer: My husband bought this at the suggestion of his physical therapist to use in various exercises she has suggested to for his low back issues. This is a very well designed and made product. The fabric is a cotton and polyester blend that is woven such as to be very strong without stretching as tension is applied. The metal D-ring is solid and allows the strap to be adjusted in a loop to any length. Highly recommended!
