Mary Monroe: Disliked that either it wasnt shipped to correct address or UPS lost it ( not sure how you loose that big of a box) but after contact with Amazon another was ordered and delivered pretty quickly.
It works great.. it’s definitely quieter than my older Excalibur but it’s not that quiet either. I really like this thing! I its easy to clean ( although I wish it was sold with the silicone sheets.. they can be purchased at the Tribest website as well as extra reusable filters.. which those filters are another great plus with this machine.. ) So it’s well worth what we paid for it! I’d definitely buy this one again if I ever need another.

Dake A Wilson: I love my dehydrator, it's on the smaller side but I have been using it a lot. The only problem is that I am having trouble finding silicone sheets and trays that will fit it. But other than that it's great.

mauri: Very quiet! Works well. Expensive but seems like it will last a long time. Love the light when you open the doors. I got the metal trays and have made jerky and veggies and neither stuck. Like how easy the inside is to clean.

B. H.B. H.: After opening the box and seeing the high density cardboard for reinforcement when shipping of dehydrator, I was sold for quality. Then when I carefully removed the foam wrapping off of glass door, I checked the metal shelves. All shelves stayed in place on their designated shelf ledge accept for the top shelf!!!! Thankfully my husband is handy and got out his tools!! Had to carefully unscrew the back and CAREFULLY disconnect the wiring clips!! Then unscrew the back screen that the top shelf was jammed at top of!! And finally shelf came free!!
MAY I MAKE A SUGGESTION.... when packaging the dehydrator, there’s the reinforced tape used to hold the glass door in place. Can you please use the reinforced tape to secure the top shelf in place so it doesn’t slide up between fan metal screen during shipping??? This would be so helpful so not to crack the plastic dehydrator frame when trying to pull out jammed top shelf!!
Can’t wait to use the dehydrator!!

Miguel ÁMiguel Á: Las características del deshidratador cumplen para ser de los mejores, ofrecen una garantía bastante amplia, sin embargo el equipo me llegó roto de una de las visagras de la puerta (superior). Mi percepción es que los materiales son demasiado frágiles (o corrientes). No es un equipo barato, sin embargo me quedé con muy mala impresión.

John C.: I wanted to start off by saying that this product is quality built. When I started to search for quality dehydrators, I wanted either USA, Korean, or Japanese manufacture in that order. No "made in China". I want quality. After searching for an hour and reading reviews, things started to look the same. The reviews all look the same. Good quality this. Good quality that.

I waited a bit to write this review so I can get my hands on it and test it out to give it a fair shake down. I have a restaurant. I know a good equipment when I see it. This is a great product. I bought the dehydrator with the SS trays and not plastic.

I've been using this dehydrator nonstop for over a week and the performance is solid. Programming is very user friendly. I did read the manual to understand the multi function feature.

I used 23 lbs of bananas on one of the runs. Cut them about 3/8" thick and dipped them in lemon juice. After about 20 hours, it was done. It was yummy.

If you read my review so far, you must be wondering why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. The SS trays are not built ridgid enough. All the trays moves slightly out of shape, but goes back to the original shape....

SADEL: Me ha funcionado bien, solo que tengo que rotar las charolas de nivel para obtener un resultado mas uniforme en el producto, si es tres veces durante el ciclo es mejor. Creo que esto podría mejorarse.
