Rick: I use the 35lb band five days a week for up to 20 minutes a day during which it worked fine. It broke within 4 months though, but customer service sent a whole new set within a week. Would definitely buy from them again.

Fadi Shamaan: I recently bought the TRIBE Resistance Bands Set and Weights for Exercises, and let me tell you, it's been quite the journey.
First of all, the set comes with everything you could possibly need for a full-body workout. You've got workout bands, handles, a door anchor, ankle straps, and even a carry bag for when you're on the go. And let's not forget the exercise eBook, which is chock-full of helpful tips and routines.
I was really excited to try out the set, but I have to admit, I was a little intimidated at first. I'm not exactly what you would call "in shape," and the thought of resistance training was a bit daunting. But I was determined to give it a go.
So, I set everything up and started with some basic exercises. The handles and ankle straps were comfortable to use, and the door anchor worked like a charm. But let me tell you, those workout bands really gave me a run for my money. I started with the lightest resistance, but even that was a challenge for me.
But here's the thing - the more I used the set, the more I started to enjoy it. It was challenging, yes, but it was also kind of fun. And the best part? I could feel myself getting stronger...

Thomas Fontaine: Bands and seem sturdy and I expect they will last. I was surprised at how ‘light’ the resistance seems, but obviously by stretching them out more or adding more bands, there’s greater resistance. Overall a quality set!

PHILIP GRAY: This product does not do what it says. The rubber tubing is NOT the advertised weight, all being everyday normal surgical tubing with no resistance. Also the product was not delivered complete with many missing components. Totally useless DO NOT BUY
