Don Bentley puts so much action and so many cool characters into this Jack Ryan Jr. Novel that Clancy would stay up all night reading it. Amazing novel. The best of the Jack Ryan Jr. Novels. Bentley is awesome

Don in Tennessee: A big part of the Tom Clancy books are the characters. The Ryan’s are well defined. By changing Jr into a brawler who is constantly in a fight you change the personality of the books. The Ryan’s fight with their brains.
Not a bad story, but not Tom Clancy worthy.

Mfransayers: I liked the interaction between combatants. But i found the technical descriptions of too many weapons long and tedios. Overall this book was exciting if complicated but well worth reading.

Mike S: Good, fast read. Once again Jack saves the day & pulls through vs. the evil bad guys though seriously “beat up”. Some of the daring-do was a bit over the top & kind of “Super Duper Paratrooper”, but it also made the read fun. Recommend it to anyone that enjoys a good action read with AK’s, Hummers, SpecOps & Israeli kick ass warriors.

Satchmo: At the end of the day this book turned out to be better than expected. From reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive on buying this book. Yes it is a bit shorter than previous novels - looks full size but the writing on the page is larger than normal.
However I found the book an enjoyable read. Certainly better than some others with joint writers. Managed to read it in two days in my sickbed so definitely held my interest. Would read more from this co-author.

A F-35 pilot, Natalie, who stopped Iranian missile attack on Tel Aviv might have a similar feeling with him. Jack Jr.’s solo adventure, covering three countries in a single day, never allows you to breath.

Don Bentley schreibt in seinem ureigenen genial-ironischen matter-of-the-fact-Stil und entwickelt dabei ein Tempo, das nicht zurückschaut oder für ein shuteye anhält, nein, das Tempo reißt den Leser unweigerlich mit, zieht in direct und unmittelbar in den Geschichte. Es sorgt für Herzrasen, oh my god! Die Kreuzigungs-Scene!, Nägelkauen und strokes. Er weiß, wovon er schreibt. Man fühlt es mit jedem seiner Worte und mit jeder Silbe, die seinen Kopf verlassen, auch sein Grinsen und seinen coolen trocknen schwarzen Humor. Das hat er in der "Matt Drake Series" und jetzt auch bei Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan Jr. einmal mehr eindrucksvoll bewiesen.
