iDK why I didn’t listen to others? The straps slipped when using. My apologies for doubting any of you. I even thought “I can play w this and get it to work.” Then I heard myself and started the return process. I have.& there are safer ways to improve my flexibility & strength. I so wanted this one to work.🥺

Daughter has been using this for the last few weeks and has already improved her back bends so much! She can do them with little to no help now! She also uses this to stretch and work on her overall flexibility. It’s very well made and the color is really pretty. I’ve even attempted to use it for stretching a couple of times and it’s supported me comfortably also. Comes with a cute little “workout in progress” sign for the door knob also. Love!

I was looking for something to help my daughter with back bends and other gymnastics moves and this is just so much fun and works great! Instead of us constantly spotting her or having to hold her up shes able to use this and safely practice and do her stretches and work independently! Its SUPER easy to use and figure out- you literally just shut the straps in the top of any door thats stable. She can sit comfortably in the strap and can safely stretch her back and do back bends and not have to worry about falling. I'm so happy to have seen this and it's been amazing! Definitely would recommend- length of straps are adjustable. Shipped fast! Love it!

I would pay more for a better quality version of this. The force I am putting on this is pretty slow, mostly static so I don’t need it to take that much. However while the straps are ok- but ‘hammock’ part has 2 unfinished sides and terrible stitching- thread is already coming out. The fabric doesn’t look like it has enough give in it for much weight. The foam rings that serve as door jams or anchors need to be more firm. It’s a pity.
