Cynthia Morrison: I ordered the Zero Carb buns at the same time as the Zero Carb bread. The bread came first. My husband and I tried it. The consistency felt like bread so we had high hopes but we were sadly mistaken as it tastes like eating cardboard. We even tried toasting it and it made it taste worse. Now my Zero Carb buns have came in the mail and knowing how dissatisfied we were with the bread we don't even want to open the package and the worst part is I can't even return it. All I want is a refund as this product is not cheap and there is no way we will be eating the buns!

J.E.: The texture is not like your usual store bread. Thia is first thing you notice. The slice is also smaller, but in my opinion the flavor is quite close to actual bread. I got the honey and was surprised it was pretty decent. My one drawback is that it seems to disagree with my stomach as I need to be near a restroom for a couple hours after eating, but with that being said that is really the only complaint I have. I would recommend to others trying to cut carbs and find an alternative to regular bread.

J H: These rolls are pretty good if you use them quickly after you open the bag, or make sure to put them in a resealable ziplock bag. you can toast them, but they are soft and slightly chewy if you dont. big fan of these.

Edwin Sloan: Needing to lose weight around the belly, I studied quite a bit online to see what foods I could use in my quest and these buns were recommended by quite a few people so I went with them.
I've had them twice so far and the taste isn't bad at all. They're just not quite as soft as a normal hamburger bun. Also they resemble rolls more than hamburger buns when first opening the bag as they're not cut into halves. I went back and forth between 4 and 5 stars on this one only because the overall taste, consistency of the bun and the delivery time. The taste is good and works as a replacement for normal white bread, but its not stellar. The delivery took a little longer than I hoped, but I know in was my timing near Christmas that probably made the delivery delay slightly. I'd love to see some variations of this bun, like the onion loaf buns or subway sandwich type.
In conclusion, if you're looking to have a low-carb alternative for a burger bun of some sort then look no further and try these out. I just don't believe you're going to find a better alternative, but if you do, let me know!
