Amanda Lechner: Being GF can be hard and being low carb can be hard too. However, I like these rolls because they taste just like regular rolls and the texture is the same as a normal roll. A lot of GF breads are dense, but these are not. I love them!

Stacey AnnStacey Ann: Sooo... they were pretty dry. I should have put Mayo on it. Little too thick. Really no taste at all. Should have toasted both sides. BUT I was very satisfied and felt like I ate a cheeseburger after doing keto for 28 days now. The kids did not love them. My 12 year old son said he would not be eating it again but My 13 year old daughter is excited about trying an egg sandwich on it for breakfast. I have 20 more rolls to eat but I don’t know if I will buy them again. Texture is typical for keto style breads. I ordered a small waffle maker to try to make “buns” with cheese and egg so I will see if I like that any better. If not I may buy them again. I wish you could just order two boxes instead of four because they have to be frozen and take up a lot of space.
