CrazyAboutBooks: These buns remind me of potato buns. They are good but may or may not hold up until the end of your hamburger, doubtless depending on how much mayo, etc. one puts on it. They make good egg, sausage, cheese sandwiches too. I prefer a firmer bun though even if these are good.
