RG: I like the size of this heating pad and the fact that it has an auto switch. I don't have to worry about it being left on accidentally. It provides great heat and is large enough to cover my whole back.

Al: Best heat pad I've found. Man this thing gets hot. Most heat pads I can run on high setting continually. Not this unit, medium is equivalent to other pads on high. I just hope it last a long time.

Caitlan: Best brand hands down. They last a long time and won't stop working after 6 months. My husband says it too hot for him, but if you are looking for blistering heat for endometriosis this is it. It has a nice weight to it as well.

Here at home: I’m glad I did some research before buying a heating pad. There are a lot of cheap ones on the market, but I definitely found the best of the best here. I really like how heavy the pad is. Not flimsy like the cheap ones. It heats up quick and turns off after 25min, which is the recommended use time. The size is definitely large enough to cover my whole back. I know I will still have this for many years to come.
I wouldn’t recommend any other heating pad at all. This is the pain relief you’ve been liking for 😊

J: I'm really glad I bought this heating pad, and it's exactly what I needed. I have lots of neck and back pain and tightness, especially at night. So I bought this to use before bed each night to loosen my muscles a bit. It works beautifully, and is my favourite part of my nighttime routine, now! Totally worth buying and I recommend this, for sure!

Justitia: UPDATE: PLEASE READ -- After the old rep refused to be helpful, a new rep took her place. She was extremel helpfy and replaced every one of the broken pads. After those broke too -- she reported it to the company. She then told me that they found the cause of the problem -- but for proprietary reasons, could not tell me what it was. She said the problem and been fixed -- sent me replacements again & 1 1/2 years later they are all working.

!!Good, old Thermaphore is back!! These are by far the best pads ever. Soent one ot my 92 year old (extremely physically active) mom and she absolutely loves it.

The new rep has posted comments on a number of negative reviews with how ot get in touch with her. Just check them out.

I had a 14 x 14 Thermophore with the manual handle for 7 years. Though the heating pad element was still working, the switch broke. It was the most wonderful moist heating pad.

I have recurring back problems and cannot do without a heating pad.

So I purchased a new one in November 8th, 2010 from Amazon directly 14...
