Laura: This is the second time I've bought this heating pad. I use it almost every night and the 1st one I bough sadly died on me after several years and a lot of use. It doesn't bunch up like most heating pad once it's cold. It's easy to clean. Works so beautifully. I have a slipped disk in my back from a car accident and because of this hearing pass I'm still able to sleep even on my bad days. I could just go on and on about this thing. It's a must buy. Worth every penny.
Update: This second one just died on me after less than 3 months. I don't understand why it was so much better the 1st time. And of course they only gave me a month return window. So upset

Amazon Customer: This is my second purchase of this heating pad. It works well for pain relief. I gave my first one to my aunt to use. It heats up fast and it’s distributed well.
Only difference is I received a carrying bag with my first purchase and nothing with this one. Not sure if they discontinued providing bags but I hope I did not receive a used heating pad.

Shayronna: Purchased this for my hubby, he suffers from arthritis pain in his neck, back, shoulders. A regular heating pad provides limited relief/coverage to his affected areas. When I saw this I was so excited to get for him. When it arrived he balked a bit, saying "WHY did you buy that, we have a heating pad.". I should explain; Yes, we do have a heating pad, I believe we've had it since the 80's, it still works and he's cheap LOL. So, of course he thought that we did not need a new one. I let him grumble for a bit but, he finally agreed to give it a try. WELL, Let me tell you; Almost as soon as I laid it over his shoulders, he was like.."Oh WOW, does that feel awesome". I hadn't even plugged it in yet. It's super soft, weighted just enough so it feels like a comforting hand on you shoulders, and its really pretty (he doesnt care about that but, I like it).
