Robert bridge: Took a bit of getting used to ,and felt weird at first ,but once your feet get used to it they feel invigorated afterwards.I bought this to help with swelling around my feet ,and it seems to be helping.I use this for about 15 minutes at a time.Good purchase.

Eddy: I am extremely glad I made this purchase, using this for 5-15 minutes has become a staple of my day. I have to stand on my feet for essentially my entire shift, typicallly ranging from 6-12 hours per day M-F.

My feet feel numb by the time I take off my shoes after work, and using this completely renews my feet. My feet feel almost perfectly normal after using this everyday, and it has made such a difference in my life.

After work, the numbness make me walk like I just learned how to walk a few days ago. A bit of use everyday, and shortly after, I am back to walking like I typically do. Numbness & the uncomfortableness essentially disappear after using this.

Pretty nice overall. Definitely will last quite a while. The various roller sizes really help to alleviate my numbness. I am glad I bought this one, I recommend it to my family members too. For a bit over $10, it is a no brainer in my opinion!

Kind of squeaky at times, a spritz of WD-40 easily fixes this though.

C B: It always amazes me how something so simple can be so much better than more expensive electric devices. I have numbness in my feet. Used this for 5 minutes and numbness is gone! Added benefit is I got a calf and thigh workout also since I used it pretty aggressively rather than a slow foot massage. I could feel the muscles in my calves and thighs getting a similar workout to my little bicycle thing. Pretty sure I got a bit of a cardio workout as well. I would say this is perfect for seniors like me who need some movement several times a day and blessed foot relief! Easy to store under my coffee table and pull out whenever I want to use it, while doing crafts or simply watching tv, unlike the bulk of other devices. I love this! Wish I had bought sooner!

CuriousNarf: My feet started hurting pretty bad after long days at work, so I chose to have this a try. Very easy to use, I enjoy that they included a chart of the foot and the pressure point locations.
This has eased the pain after work, and it has been helping with muscle knots I had developed in my foot.
I totally recommend this product for anyone that needs to take care of their overworked feet, to ease the pain, and break through some knots.

ForeverYOUNG: I purchased this to possibly help with my plantar fasciitis. It is wood. It's fairly lightweight. There are "non skid" strips on the three row feet - however, you will still need a rubber mat (I have one) if you have lament flooring. I cannot speak to how it works on carpet - but I am going to suspect that you will need a rubber mat - like a yoga mat. For some reason the non skid pads they have on the bottom are smooth and I can't imagine what surface it would actually grip to. It comes with a foot diagram that talks about pressure points. I am not sure how you would isolate any one particular area on your foot - short of the heel or middle of your arch or perhaps the ball of your foot - with this roller system. If you had a separate hand held roller you might be able to specifically massage a particular area of your foot if you chose to. It states not to do more than 10 minutes when you first begin. I started with 6 minutes or so and I am comfortable. My feet felt tingly a bit.. I don't think it helped my plantar fasciitis pain (in my heel) but.. it's only day one. Perhaps it will work more effectively over time. Overall, it feels like at the very least it may help with...

Music Changes Everything: I bought this item in conjunction with the Theraflow Dual Foot Roller (the single roller for each foot) in an attempt to relieve the extreme foot pain I was experiencing from my new job. My new workplace has old wooden floors and I walk the entire time I'm there. Even with proper cushioned footwear, my feet would hurt while I worked and after I came home. Then it progressed to where I could barely walk each morning when I got out of bed. I would literally hobble every morning for the first ten minutes or so until the pain subsided. My feet started to ache constantly throughout the week, even on my days off, and I found myself unconsciously repeating the phrase, "Oh, my feet hurt". I've tried Epsom salt soaks many times and it helped a bit, but not much longer than after the soak was over. Rubbing them didn't do much either.

I decided to look for a solution by purchasing a foot massager. I remembered the incredibly expensive foot massagers I've seen at places in the mall. I didn't WANT to spend that much, but my feet were killing me, so I figured the expense would be worth it.
