Barbie: After I had it for about an hour, it started squeeking and I wrote to the company... THEY WROTE BACK RIGHT AWAY AND WERE WONDERFUL! They told me to push the wooden dowls to one side and spray a bit of lubricant on the metal pole holding the dowl and if that didn't work, they'd take care of replacing it. WELL, that treatment WORKED IMMEDIATELY and since yesterday afternoon, it hasn't squeaked once. I think I'm going to buy these as gifts from this company and............. my planter fasciitis stopped hurting.

Ven: I’ve only used this a handful of times, but it’s already made a huge difference. This is my new go-to for foot pain and the relief is immediate. Seems durable and like it will hold well up. I’m not sure about consistent use over time, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it had good long-term results.

I noticed a huge difference with my foot pain. It really does help. It massages your feet especially with the parts that are really painful due to having plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend it.

Steven Murphy: I am 61 and overweight. After I retired from my office job, I still needed to work part-time. I got a job at a hardware store where I am now on my feet 8 hours or more a day, and my feet ache when I get home. I have also developed plantar fasciitis in my right heel.
I looked at numerous massagers for my feet and decided to try this one based on the positive reviews. It came well packaged and had a small diagram chart on how to use it. The unit is very well made and looks like a high-quality item. It works very well to massage my feet and heels while I sit on the couch and relax after a long day. While it hasn't cured my plantar fasciitis, I have considerably less heel pain during the day and can go some days all day with no pain.
