Joyce: It was easy to set up for first use. I felt it was working at first use, I have lymphedema, my left knee was about the size of a soccer ball. After the first use, I saw results. I ran the cycle twice, the first, I ran green, I clicked on orange, then red. The red was just a minute. The second time, I was on green for 5 minutes, then I clicked orange for 5 minutes, then clicked on red. The cycle runs 20 minutes. I have used it everyday since I got it, I wear compression hose, go for therapy twice a week, I have some swelling, BUT I have LEGS!!! Not the soccer-like leg I had.

My husband had both knees replaced four years ago. His lower leg, ankles and feet have been swollen ever since. We thought it was his new norm due to the knee replacement.

On the very first use, 2 - 20 minutes cycles, the swelling in both legs, ankles and feet are completely gone !! We couldn’t believe it. Now, he uses it weekly just to maintain, the swelling has not come back at all. He is on his feet for hours at a time, umpiring baseball and in his huge vegetable garden.

Alice A.: These were my choice after trying five different ones. I use on legs to relax and help me sleep. A thirty minute timer would be preferable or a timer that user could set would be even better. Sometimes it wakes me when it stops after only 20 minutes (not good).
I do like the soft fuzzy inner lining. If the outside could be softer and not so stiff, that would be an improvement. I was able to adjust size so I can slip on over my foot and leg and do not need to open and close velcro. Can also slip on arms. Great for both legs and arms.
I tried five different leg massagers including ones with foot massage and these were my final choice because of the soft lining and ease of putting them on, and the easy to use control. I recommend these.

Ted KlopferTed Klopfer: I have been suffering in the last year with neuropathy and venous insufficiency in my left leg. My feet and ankles are so swollen that the pain is almost unbearable. I have to say that I hate to take these off. They feel fantastic! I've only tried the first air pressure mode so far because my doctor told me not to go overboard with it.
I'll add to this post in a few weeks to see of it actually helps the swelling, but even if it doesn't, I'm keeping it.
*I gave it only 4 stars only because it's a little loud, but I just turn the TV up, so it's not really a problem.*

Andrew: works but doesn't expand very much. I had a different one of these before moving from the states and the other one i had did a much better job of compressing. these you have to wrap them very tightly to get that same amount of compression. The strapping feature does help with that a lot though they are much easier to wrap tightly!

Craigmhutton: The machine looks quite modern and sleek, but imagine a blood pressure machine that you wear in your arm and multiply that by 10 for pressure you feel on your legs. Now for the noise level imagine you are lying beside the generator of a children’s bouncy castle at a fair ground - THATS THE NOISE LEVEL FROM THIS MACHINE! Not relaxing at all. I wore it for 5 minutes and had an instant headache.

MRSB12: I had an attack of sciatica in January of this year that was the worst I've ever experienced, 6 months later I still have numbness and my other leg has become very pain full with muscle strain with over compensating. Anyhow this has affected me greatly as I've not been able to get out walking like I used to and going up and down stairs is hard going. My legs were aching all the time which would also affect my sleeping. I received this machine yesterday and couldn't wait to use , even if it provide some temporary relief it would be worth it.
