Rish ap Wiliam: The only difference between these and more expensive poles are the top handles and straps. They are still ergonomic but just hard plastic rather than a more forgiving grip.
The poles are sprung and easy to adjust, and the attachments for the end are easy to change.
Great value and perfect for walking.

MommyChickenMommyChicken: I absolutely love these poles. My doctor wants me to walk for exercise more , but walking makes my knees hurt. These poles are solving my problem. They arrived well packaged and have all sorts of interchangeable feet should I ever get super-adventurous. Be sure to carefully follow the set-up instructions and test them indoors before venturing outside. I have taken several nice walks with them. No sore knees!! I really recommend these poles.

Cyna: I knew the terrain in Iceland would be rough and slippery. I have vertigo issues and didn't want to fall. These walking poles were perfect. I actually only needed one pole. It gave me the stability I needed. The poles are telescoping and pack down nicely. They fit in my carry-on backpack with just the handles sticking out.

Jaelithe E. McLintock: These are a pretty shade of purple! I haven't used them yet, but they seem very durable and high quality. They have thought of every possible scenario and have included features or accessories to accommodate all of them. There are clips to keep the poles together when not in use, and there is a convenient storage bag included, as well. The instuction guide is well laid out and easy to understand.

Lesley: I had ACL surgery and my knee strength is still not as great as it could be. But I also love to hike. These walking sticks are a real help if you need additional support for any style of hiking. We used them on a hard level hike where they also needed to be closed and put away to summit. I was able to do it all - used the walking sticks when I needed them, closed and put them away when I didn't. Great product!
