Priscilla Kingry: Have enjoyed all the recipes I’ve tried. Low carb versions of favorites- corn bread, potato salad (“fauxtato” salad). Egg muffins for easy breakfast, drop biscuits, the list goes on. Good basic info, too. Recommend this book for low-carb cooks!

Marielle: I got this book probably a week ago or so. I read the first few pages in the sample view before purchasing it. I really liked the author's personal journey to find success on the Keto diet. Her advice not to weigh yourself daily is so compassionate. I could tell that she really understand the difficulty of struggling with weight, poor body image, and low self-esteem.
I bought some ingredients - all everyday stuff you can find anywhere, and tried the Fauxtato soup first. WOW. This was so delicious! I'm so glad that it didn't start to smell like sulfur in the fridge. I made the cinnamon muffins, egg muffins, Fauxtato salad as well. The author included storage information for each recipe (how long you can keep things in the refrigerator), so it made it so easy to plan ahead for weekdays and weekends. I live by myself, so it is usually difficult to just cook for myself without wasting food (I typically manage to not waste anything but I AM careful).
I really like how simple the recipes are. They help me eat vegetables because they are delicious. I'm so happy with this book. I cannot wait to try more recipes!

Tess mcAvoyTess mcAvoy: I have been cycling in and out of keto for the last year because I get stuck on eating boring meals (a chicken thigh with broccoli or cauliflower on the side, no special seasonings) and fall off the wagon when I see baked goods in the store. I saw this book at a client's house and decided to buy one.
Wow, these recipes are incredible! I made the creamy broccoli/ground beef casserole, fried chicken (whey protein powder is amazing!), blueberry muffins, butter cookies, chocolate pudding and the cheesecake with pecan/almond flour crust. I'm blown away by the cheesecake, as I have never tasted anything so creamy and wonderful. It's better than the regular kind! Because the recipe makes a large cheesecake, I cut the ingredients in half and made cheesecake bars in a 8x8 baking dish. It's a total hit with family and friends who didn't know it was keto. My other favorite is the chocolate pudding, which is made from chia seeds. I couldn't get it to firm up into a pudding (my chia seeds weren't fresh) so I froze it and turned them into delicious fudge bars. Wow!
The creamy broccoli ground beef casserole was very good but a little rich with 3 different kinds of cheese in it. I...

Kayla: Every single recipe I’ve made from this book has turned out AMAZING!! Recipes aren’t intimidating, ingredients are mostly already a staple in your (low carb) pantry and the taste of the dishes are sooo good like I find myself questioning if this is really LC/Keto or not!! Highly recommend.

Canadagoose35: Beautiful cookbook with clear instructions, easy to find ingredients and lovely photographs of the dishes.
Although a soft cover, it is well bound with overlap leaves to hold a place in the book.
I am working my way through each recipe and they have all been successful! Although it was fairly expensive, it was worth every cent in my humble opinion.

K. Orth: Love this book. Great photos, meal ideas, and extraordinarily well organized. The recipes I've tried have worked out. Inspiring. Beautiful. It's great to just look at, read, and dream about the food. Really glad I bought it. I may be from Southern Ontario, Canada, but I love these recipes from the southern States!
