Assembly is straight forward if you follow the directions, but it did take me about 3 hours to do by myself.

Caydence Cooper: Bed was easy to assemble and is very cute for my toddler. Enough room underneath to have a little toy/ book area. Back to the assembly part I don’t think I was supposed to have any extra parts but somehow I did and the bed is still standing months later. Might’ve been easier with some help lol.

TiffanyTiffany: This is a decent bed for the price! My 5 year old loves it. She especially loves having the space underneath. It does look a bit taller in the listing picture. It leaves about 30 inches of space. I was able to put it together by myself within 2-3 hours. The hardest part is getting the side guard rails in while trying to hold the head/foot boards up. It helps to prop something heavy by the legs of the head/foot boards while screwing in the side guardrails. Everything was labeled & the directions were easy to understand. It came with all the hardware plus extra. All the holes were drilled & lined up fine as long as you keep it level while screwing. I think a lot of the reviews are from user error & some are nit-picking. Yea it may have a couple minor cosmetic marks but that's to be expected when shipping any furniture. Also need to remember its a $100 bed. It seems a lot of people are expecting $500 quality. As long as you don't over tighten the screws & don't let your child bop around on it, its just fine

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I have put plenty of beds (along with bunkbeds and lofts) together in my day and this was by far the most difficult to put together. The screws and nuts didn't line up and the screws stripped out of the railings.

As far as quality after it's built I am very impressed. It is very sturdy. We have three boys ages 8-3 and they are very rambunctious. The bed doesn't sway or creak when they get in and out of the bed.

We used this as a bunk bed for our two younger boys and it's perfect. It probably won't last as a bunk bed forever since it's so low but it servers it's function for now and when we need to upgrade it'll be a great loft bed for one of them.

JazmynJazmyn: First off the packaging was amazing. Everything was labeled. I have OCD so I put everything out as seen in the photo before I put anything together to make sure that nothing is missing, nothing was. The instructions were very clear and concise. When putting the side together with the ladder before you screw K on, which is the bar that holds the rails sturdy in the middle, attach the ladder to the rails which I believe is the next step. This bed is awesome and my 4yo loves it. She has a full foam mattress and it fits nice and snug inside. I love this bed.

Bree: Pretty easy to assemble, exactly as pictured. Colour is accurate to photo. It’s quite wobbly no matter how many times I tighten everything , and the corners are very sharp. It’s a cute bed and works fine for my 5 year old but I do wish I would’ve spent a little more and got a sturdier bed

AimeyAimey: My daughter loves her big bed. Love that she can use space underneath and still small enough that she can climb up and sleep. Easy to assemble and seems durable.

Amazon User: It may be the manufacturers recall or its just the way it was design .

Wish they made it more sturdier but , everytime my daughter ,who are less than 50lbs , get up on it . It squeaks and I had to adjust the screws everytime .

Not recommended !
