Chris Plemmons: Absolutely loved this book. I use it in a leadership and culture class I teach at my company, along with watching Simon's Youtube and TEDTalk videos. Highly recommend reading this book and studying the content inside, but be ready to see the world in a different light.

SF Trader: Wow, this book really impacted me. It helped crystalize a lot of thoughts bouncing around my head for years. It is helping create my new purpose as I transition to my new role in my company.
I will add it to the list of "must read" books to the entrepreneurs I mentor.
For me, this book is up there with Viktor Frankle's "Man's Search for Meaning"
Let's all be brave enough to live with an INFINITE mindset.

Kindle Customer: After listening Simon's work in YouTube and his podcast, I get to this book looking for some advice in leadership because of work.
I bought the book only thinking in leadership, but after some reading I found pretty great the fact that the all aspects can be seen and applied to my personal life.
If your're, like me, other starting a leadership role and looking for some path, I'll tell you this books is one of many you should read. Regards personal life path, here I learned and finally someone write about it! About thinking life as processes, not only in a check-list marathon.

Rocio Baez: No matter if you are an employer or an employee you must read this book. This book should be a mindset reset for high-performance-low trust employees. If a company wants to flourish and grow in this competitive world, all leaders should adopt the infinite game mindset. While I was reading, I examined my working journey, and I witnessed firsthand the struggle for a new and fresh management to express and share their vision, when they inherited an old fashion management team. I think the most important thing Simon explains is the value of building trusting teams. This will be the foundation for the sustainability and success of any team. This is a book that as a leader you must revisit from time to time to maintain your focus and vision. However, I feel the mindset applies mostly to individuals as leaders. It would be fascinating if he could expand the concept to the company in general. Maybe if the company, when they promote an employee to a leadership role, gave a seminar or shared this book with them, this will help to enforce this vision through all the company. Although a single individual could not change the mindset of a whole company, having that mindset as an individual...

Hussain A.: It is quite clear that Simon Sinek has made it his Just Cause to spread wholesome leadership and long-term thinking (infinite thinking?) This book is an excellent tool for that as are, I daresay, his other books. Even though there are many examples of how there are many companies that show some aspects of infinite thinking, this book carries a hope that there be many many more such people and organizations.
If you’re building an organization, then this book is a required read for you to understand how long-term thinking makes a difference to your outcomes. If you’re part of an organization, this book shows you a way to lead so that you plan an infinite game in that organization and out of it.

Renee: Really liked the original ideas and insights shared in this book. The fact that these ideas were all further illustrated by real life accounts helped me to more fully understand the concepts being shared. The simple language such as "Just Cause" made this book an easy read for average person.
I'm a Christian who has served as a pastor and now leads a non-profit and that this book. while secular, encourages servant leadership that Jesus taught His followers using His same style of teaching: Parables.
Every aspiring leader should read this book.
